Help desk engineer. Engineer will provide tier I remote phone, email, and chat support for current customers. This includes management of tickets in the ticketing system as well as connect-to-computer support for the customers. Required knowledge includes Microsoft Windows 8.1, 10, Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019. Server support for Unix/Linux is desired. Additionally, the support engineer will be required to support all products and services provided by Kehr Technologies, such as BDR & secure cloud.

Services deployment engineer. Engineer will provide onsite and remote support of customers as part of the onboarding process. This includes deployment of any required computer hardware/software, networking, BDR hardware/software, secure cloud, and any other products and services provided by Kehr Technologies. Additionally, engineer will provide tier II help desk support.

IT project architect. Architect will design, manage and deploy IT solutions to customers based on customer needs. Required Expertise includes Microsoft Windows (all variations), workstations, laptops, servers, Unix/Linux, BDR, secure cloud. Incumbent will be expected to keep up with new services and incorporate them into solutions.

Sales director. Sales director will identify small and medium businesses that require enterprise-level IT support &expertise and convert the SMBs to customers. Must be able to sell services, solutions, hardware and software.
